Dr Mohamed offers face to face outpatient clinic consultation during when he will take a detailed history by patiently listening to your clinical symptoms and then will make a thorough clinical assessment. Further to this if clinically necessary, after discussion with you one or few diagnostic investigations that are appropriate to your clinical circumstances, will be arranged which may include blood tests, Chest X Ray, Lung function tests or detailed CT scans.  If a treatment plan could be made without any indication for further tests, this will be discussed with you in detail.

 

Follow up plans will be discussed and arranged wherever it is necessary.  A detailed clinic letter outlining the discussion or any treatment plans made in consultation will be sent to yourselves as well as a copy of this will be sent to your General Practitioner with your consent.

Dr Mohamed or his secretary will regularly keep in touch with you as and when the diagnostic tests are getting completed and any need for timely follow up appointments will be advised accordingly.
